In this position you will work in a very small team environment with wide-ranging responsibilities in which your contribution is highly valued and have a direct impact on the success of the company.

Responsibilities : Propose and submit Incurred Costs Proposal Model (ICE) in accordance with FAR 52.216-7. Adjust and modify local ERP system to be compliant with DCAA regulations.

Main contact for DCAA audits.Training others while implementing DCAA requirements.Assure that programs are aligned to DCAA standards and invoiced correctly in the PIEE system.

Assure that quotations are conform to DCAA standards.Preparing and analyzing accounting records and financial statements for management and DCAA.

Assisting with operational procedures.Other duties as assigned.Level / pay for this position will be commensurate with experience.Pay Range $65,000 - $75,000

Qualifications : BS or BA in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 2 years prior related experience or Associates Degree and a minimum of 6 years prior related experience.

Ability to work independently, strong self-motivation skills.Must be flexible, maintain a positive can-do attitude.Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills.
